Hi, I'm Luke, a digital creator and co-owner of Blackbird Cafe with my wife Katie. Blessed with dyslexia, I've grown to enjoy turning challenges into creative opportunities. Katie and I have been married for over 22 years and have three children. Our cafe founded in 2010, now thrives with 40 staff across five locations.
